At BlueVibe Serum, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our skincare products and are committed to ensuring a positive experience with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped.

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging with the shrink wrap seal intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase

 

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at bluevibeserum@yahoo.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo (if applicable).

2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping.

3. You are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

 

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

• If your refund is delayed or missing, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

 

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or opened products.

• Sale or promotional items.

• Gift cards.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer product exchanges at this time. Thanks for understanding!

• Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

• Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated when you contact us.
