At BlueVibe Serums, we’re committed to getting your glow delivered as quickly and safely as possible.

 

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Shipping Within Australia

1 to 10 bottles will fit into a  small express post satchel (with tracking)   cost $14.80

More than 10 free express postage.

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping

 

We currently ship to select international destinations.

• Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

• Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

• Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.

 

Delivery Issues

 

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at bluevibeserum@yahoo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to make it right.
